Understanding Volleyball Basics

    • Execution: Use your dominant hand to hit the ball forcefully and accurately. Aim for holes in the opponent’s defense to make it difficult for them to block your attack.

5. Blocking Skills

    • Preparation: Position yourself near the net to anticipate the opponent’s attack.
    • Execution: Time your jump to block the ball effectively. Blocking can turn defense into offense by making it hard for the opponents to counter your block.

6. Digging Skills

    • Preparation: Stay alert and ready to react to the opponent’s attack.
    • Execution: Use digging techniques to prevent the ball from landing on your side. Position yourself correctly to dig the ball and pass it to a teammate.

Practicing Volleyball Drills
