From Tech Talks to Team Triumphs
Open Sports had the opportunity to attend Reflect Festival 2025 on May 15–16 in Limassol, Cyprus. This two-day event brought together over 10,000 professionals, founders, and creators from across Europe and the MENA region. The environment was vibrant, fast-paced, and full of meaningful conversations with startups, investors, and tech leaders.

The Open Sports Challenge
We brought something different to Reflect Festival — a hands-on challenge that tested both coordination and sharp thinking. Participants had to guide a metal ring through a maze of holes using a pulley system, requiring steady hands, patience, and focus.
Using our Open Sports Leaderboard, attendees competed individually for the fastest time, making it one of the most talked-about activities at the venue. Founders, marketers, and tech professionals all gave it a try — proving that even at a high-tech event, interactive games can spark real engagement and fun.
Why Sports Matter in the Workplace
At OpenSports.com.cy, we organize the Open Sports Corporate Festival, an annual sports event in Limassol focused on helping companies build stronger internal culture. Through sports, games, and structured team-building activities, companies unlock better communication, boost morale, and in many cases, see a direct impact on their performance and turnover.
Whether it’s through football, volleyball, or fun relays, the goal is simple: bring colleagues together through shared experience and movement — and create lasting team dynamics beyond the office walls.
